Operations Director (Current Employee) - Columbus, OH - August 26, 2022. Lifestance Health has taken a modern approach to mental health services. They are actively working on making changes for employees and clients to make the focus all about the service. Lifestance is working on a pure support model. Very stressful financially when your pay may vary several hundred dollars from month to month. Patients complain non-stop regarding poor communication; never can get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back.
